正交试验法筛选白虎定喘口服液提取工艺研究
Study on Extraction Process of Baihu Dingchuan Oral Liquid by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
In order to optimize the decoction process of Baihu Dingchuan oral liquid,the extraction process were comprehensively screened by orthogonal test with dry paste volume,contents of chlorogenic acid and baicalin as the evaluation indexes and herbal medicine immersion time,amount of water,decocting time and decocting times as the influence factors.The results showed that decocting times had significant effects on the 3 indicators,and the influences of other factors were not significant.The optimized conditions were adding 15 -fold of water,soaking for 0.5 hour,decocting for 3 times and 0.5 hour each time.The optimized extrac-tion process was stable and feasible with high active ingredient extraction rate,and it could guarantee the qual-ity of preparation.关键词
