Technology Development Trend and Countermeasures for Edible Fungi Industry in Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
Edible fungi industry is one of the advantageous industries in Shandong Province.Promoting the industrial restructuring and upgrading to transfer Shandong Province from a big province to a competitive one is the key task during the 13th Five -Year Plan.In order to enhance technical support for the develop-ment of edible fungi industry,upgrade the level of industrial technology and promote the quality and efficien-cy,we analyzed the technology development trend and put forward several countermeasures for the edible fungi industry in Shandong Province during the 13th Five -Year Plan.关键词
