膝骨关节炎采用独活寄生汤辅助效果及对关节滑液中细胞因子的影响
Knee osteoarthritis patients with Duhuo Jisheng adjuvant treatment and its effecton patients with synovial fluid cytokine

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis Duhuo Jisheng adjuvant treat-ment .Methods :A retrospective analysis of 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis clinical patient records and treatment ,in which the continuous intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate were three times as the control group ,43 cases ;the other 43 cases in the control group on the basis of Duhuo Jisheng treatment the observation group .Before and after using visual analogue scale (VAS) evaluation of joint pain cases ,the use of the former KSS score evaluable patients after treat-ment of knee function were detected before and after treatment in the synovial fluid of nitric oxide (NO) and superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD) content ,statistical clinical efficacy and adverse reactions .Results :After treatment ,both groups VAS score and knee scores were significantly improved indicators ,then the degree of improvement in observation group than the control group significantly .Two groups of patients after treatment significantly increased SOD levels than before treatment ,NO levels were significantly decline ,and then the observation group SOD level and increased levels of NO lev-el decreased significantly better than the control group .Observation group total effective rate was 95 .3% ,significantly higher than 76 .7% .Only two minor adverse events during treatment ,follow-up treatment and did not affect the results . Conclusion :Applications Duhuojisheng adjuvant treatment of knee osteoarthritis significantly and safe .关键词
