坐位定点旋转整复法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效
Comparison of the therapeutic effects of two kinds of orthopedics in thetreatment of lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of sitting rotatory manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation .Methods :The observation group were cured with sitting rotatory manipulation ,while the routine group was treated with oblique pulling method .The edema ,pain and other symptoms and motor function after treatment were assessed and compared .Results:The lumbocrural pain VAS scores ,macnab backleg pain efficacy evaluation and oswestry disability index score of each stage in observation group after TCM synthesis rehabilitation nursing were all higher than those of the routine group .The curative effect was obviously improved ,edema ,pain and other clinical symptoms were evidently reduced ,there was significant difference .Conclusions :It can obviously reduce edema and pain ,recover move-ment function ,for the patients with lumbar disc herniation to be carried out sitting rotatory manipulation .关键词
