银黄消痤胶囊对兔耳痤疮模型抗角化作用的实验研究
Experimental study on Chinese medicine Yinhuang capsuleof eliminating acne in rabbit ear
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the anti-comedone effect of Yinhuang capsule of eliminating acne .Meth-ods :Using the coal tar daubing to the area nearby the opening of male rabbit ear canal daily for two weeks .Then they were randomly divided into Yinhuang high dose ,middle dose ,low dose ,and model groups ,control groups ,fed-ding with the drug solution ,and water for two weeks .Results :Observing the pathological changes on the rabbit ear , they were similar to the findings of acne in human beings under optic microscope .The high dose and control group were markedly alleviated symptoms after 4 weeks ,but there is a little change in the other groups .Conclusions :Yinhuang cap-sule of eliminating acne could reduce the hair follicles keratinous plug and dermal inflammation .关键词
