摘要
Abstract
Weldability and performance of welded joint for normalized -tempered 12Cr1MoVR steel plates were investigated.The experimental results showed that preheating temperature of welding cold cracking resistance for the heat -treated 12Cr1MoVR steel plates was no less than 50 ℃.The steel plate was wel-ded by manual arc welding and submerged arc welding to test weldability and performance of the welding joint for 12Cr1MoVR plates,the highest hardness of the welded joint was no more than 350(HV10),there was a good match between the strength and the toughness for welded joint of the 12Cr1MoVR plates by u-sing different welding heat input energy,it was showed that there was good resistance to low temperature brittle fracture characteristics for the welded joint of the 12Cr1MoVR plates.关键词
