Abstract
The AP1000 main equipment forging manufacturing is the most important in the nuclear island main equipment such as reactor pressure vessel and steam generator,whose quality and schedule are im-pacted by the forgings in large extent.The nonconformance is happened frequently in the forging manufac-turing process.This paper analyzed the causes of the nonconformance,and proposed the disposal and pre-caution.The reference is provided in avoiding and reducing nonconformance efficiently,making the sched-ule of the forging manufacture shortly.It is a good reference for the main equipment purchasers to control the nonconformance in equipment supervision.关键词
