山东省血清4型禽腺病毒的分离鉴定
CHARACTERIZATION OF SEROTYPE 4 FOWL ADENOVIRUS FROM SHANDONG
摘要
Abstract
Ten virus isolates were obtained from the diseased chickens with pericardial effusion in Shandong province. These isolates were identifi ed as serotype 4 Fowl adenovirus through PCR detection and serotyping. The clinical signs and lesions were reproduced in SPF chickens via experimental infection with the isolated viruses. The inactivated vaccine prepared from the obtained isolate prevented the reoccurrence and injection of immune serum provided good therapeutic treatment for diseased chickens.关键词
