无疫猪群引进母猪传入猪伪狂犬病的定量风险评估
RISK ASSESSMENT OF INTRODUCTION OF PORCINE PSEUDORABIES INTO DISEASE-FREE HERDS THROUGH IMPORTED SOWS

Abstract
In order to assess the probability of introduction of porcine pseudorabies into disease-free herds through imported sows in Shanghai, 2 quantitative risk assessment models (one was formally imported sow model and another was directly mixed sow model) were used in the present study. The prevalence of sow pseudorabies in herds and individuals in export areas was detected ingpI-ELISA. Data obtained from these 2 models were analyzed using @Risk software. The results revealed that the probability of introduction of porcine pseudorabies into disease-free herds through formally imported sow model was 0.11%, but the directly mixed sow model was as high as 12.83%. The sensitive analysis indicated that the correlation coeffi cient of resistance to Pseudorabies virus and detection were -0.65 and -0.42, respectively. This risk assessment suggested that the vaccination and detection effectively could reduced the risk of introduction of porcine pseudorabies.关键词
