Abstract
Colloidal gold immunochromatography assay (GICA) is a solid phase immune labeling technique. Because of its low production cost, simple operation, wide detection range and good safety, GICA has been widely used in the diagnosis of animal diseases, early pregnancy testing, drug residues and heavy metal detection. In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a number of studies on the colloidal GICA technology. This article reviewed the principle, classifi cation, characteristics and latest research progress of colloidal GICA technology as well as its shortcomings and future study.关键词
