Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of bone capsule and Xianlinggubao capsule in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods With "Qi bone capsule" Migu Capsule "and" Xianlinggubao capsule "and" primary osteoporosis "as the keyword retrieval,Chinese Journal Ful-text Database,Chinese Journal Ful-text Database, Wanfang Data knowledge service platform,database,analysis of quality evaluation of literature in Meta.Results Preliminary review of 44 literatures,according to inclusion and exclusion criteria after screening a total of 3 articles were included;L2-4 bone density bone Qi capsule and Xianlinggubao capsule to improve the efficiency of comparison, the difference was not statisticaly significant(Z=0.00,P=1.00);bone mineral density of femoral neck bone Qi capsule and Xianlinggubao capsule improved efficiency comparison,the difference was not statisticaly significant (Z=0.99, P=0.32);Qi bone capsule and Xianlinggubao capsule Ward 's BMD improvement efficiency comparison,the difference was not statisticaly significant(Z=0.00,P=1.00);Qi bone capsule and Xianlinggubao capsule of the greater trochanter bone density to improve the efficiency comparison,difference no statistical significance(Z=0.25,P=0.81).Conclusion Qi bone capsule and Xianlinggubao capsule in the treatment of primary osteoporosis,L2-4,femoral neck,Ward 's triangle and greater trochanter bone density effect of a considerable improvement.关键词
