Abstract
Objective To analyse the occurrence of traumatic encephalocele after decompressive craniectomy, intracranial hematoma and cerebral infarction and other complications, and to investigate the effect on prognosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma postoperative prolapse, intracranial hematoma, cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015 were third people's Hospital of Dongguan city for decompressive craniectomy treatment and successful folow-up of 100 cases of traumatic brain injury patients as the research object,by retrospective analysis, statistical complications of patients with cerebral encephalocele, intracranial hematoma, cerebral infarction, using the Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS) on the outcome of 6 a month after surgery in the evaluation and comparison of postoperative complications and no complications in patients with GOS score, the calculated correlation between postoperative complications and prognosis of patients. Results There encephalocele, intracranial hematoma and cerebral infarction complication in patients with GOS score were significantly lower than those without complications group, the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);the correlation between cerebral infarction and GOS scores were the most significant, positive correlation was related to low-grade encephalocele, intracranial hematoma and GOS score. Conclusion Decompressive craniectomy for craniocerebral trauma patients with significant clinical effect, but the postoperative patients with concurrent encephalocele, intracranial hematoma, cerebral infarction, the prognosis is bad,and the influence on the prognosis of cerebral infarction in patients with traumatic brain injury and larger.关键词
