Abstract
Objective To explore the high risk factors and intervention strategies of the 1 day psychiatric inpatients. Methods Select the mental hospital of Leshan Wutongqiao District of Sichuan city from February 2015 to February 2016 were 290 cases of hospitalized patients as the research object,questionnaire,statistics of patients with general demographic data,disease and concomitant diseases,evaluation of patients with Dutch act injury,violence, home, choking and fal from the bed,psychoactive substance abuse 6 the occurrence of risk factors.Results In hospitalized patients,with 35 to 60 year old male,Han nationality,no spouse,primary school education,occupation majority;patients with schizophrenia,schizotypal disorder and paranoid disorder,accompanied by hypertension and diabetes disease; hospitalized patients are at high risk for fal/fal deposit risk.Conclusion The 1 day high risk factors of the psychiatric inpatients in the basic level are mainly fal/fal bed, which should strengthen risk assessment,risk informed,develop nursing plan and implement interventions to reduce the incidence of adverse events.关键词
