摘要

Abstract

Objective] To discuss the related factors of resistance to stress in the physiological period of tobacco before harvesting and baking yellowing stage.[Method] The physical and chemical properties, signal peptide, transmembrane, system evolution and subcellular localiza-tion of tobacco bZIP transcription factor BZI-4 were analyzed by bioinformatics methods.[ Result] Tobacco bZIP transcription factor bzi-4 was alkaline water solubility and relative stability, high heat resistance, non-secretion type of free protein.The protein might be existed in chloro-plast transit peptide, its activity must be exerted through the amino acid sequence of shear, and the condition of adaptive evolution was moder-ate.[ Conclusion] The study of bZIP transcription factor BZI-4 in tobacco provides a theoretical basis for the study of tobacco resistance to stress.
