Planning and Practice of Food Engineering Comprehensive Experiment
摘要
Abstract
With Nanjing University of Finance&Economics as example, the implementation status of comprehensive experiment was elaborated. Based on the survey and analysis of the previous comprehensive experimental results and students ’ feedback, deficiencies were obtained, inclu-ding students passive acceptance of test, vague experimental planning objectives, lack of appropriate incentive mechanism.Therefore, it is im-perative to plan and optimize the comprehensive experiment .Several suggestions were advocated in the teaching practice in the future:establis-hing a flexible and efficient open comprehensive experimental course topic selection scheme , establishing project driven system integrated experi-mental course, establishing the teaching mode of design comprehensive experiment , constructing comprehensive experimental incentive mecha-nism and evaluation system.关键词
