Abstract
The research purposes of this article is to provide the strong material guarantee for the construction of the modern agriculture with the financial expenditure based on the macroscopic background of the new normal. The thoughts are cleared up from the three aspects: right breakthrough;grasping the focus point and the ending result. And the development of the modern agriculture is promoted as the fundamental way for the adaptation and the leading road of the new normal and by adopting the method of analyzing and resolving problems, the current development of modern agriculture in our country is profoundly expounded, which faces new challenges of the new situation. The development of the public financial expenditure and the modern agriculture are explored, in order to better use the money to farmers and provide reference for the modern agricultural development in our country during the period of 13th Five-year Plan and a period in the future.关键词
