穴位埋线治疗对短暂性脑缺血发作患者脑灌注及疗效的影响
Therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on transient cer-ebral perfusion in patients with transient ischemic attacks

Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on transient cerebral perfusion in patients with transient ischemic attacks (TIA).Methods 67 patients with TIA were ran-domly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients of the control group took orally aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg per night,in addition,those of treatment group underwent acupoint catgut embedding therapy with the embedding points of Fēngchí(GB 20),Dàzhuī(GV 14),Fēnglóng (ST 40).In order to understand the cerebral blood flow perfusion and curative effect,CT perfusion imaging was performed before and one month after treatment.Results After one month of treatment,the efficacy of the treatment group with effective rate of 91.18 % (remarkable effect 18 cases,effect 13 cases and in-efficacy 3 cases)was significantly better than that of the control group with effective rate of 63.64 % (re-markable effect 10 cases,effect 11 cases,and inefficacy 12 cases).And the improvement of cerebral is-chemia in CTPI imaging was better than that in the control group (P <0.01).Conclusion The positive therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy has been proved on TIA,which can significantly improve the patients with cerebral perfusion.关键词
