健脾止动汤对多发性抽动症儿童 HPA 轴功能的影响
Effects of Jian-Pi-Zhi-Dong Decoction on hypothalamic pituitary adrennal axis of children with Tourette Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of Jian-Pi-Zhi-Dong Decoction (JPZDD)on hypothalam-ic pituitary adrenal (HPA)axis,and explore the role of HPA axis in TS.Methods Fifty-six cases of children with TS were given JPZDD for treatment (treatment group),and thirty healthy children were re-cruited as control group.The serum levels of cortisol (COR)and adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) in both groups were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Furthermore,all of the hormones were tested after the 12 weeks treatment of JPZDD in the treatment group.Results Compared with the control group,the contents of COR and ACTH increased significantly in the treatment group (P<0.001).After 12 weeks of treatment,the contents of COR and ACTH in the treatment group dramatic-ally decreased (P <0.01).Conclusion The hyperfunction of HPA plays an important role in TS,and JPZDD can significantly reduce the levels of COR and ACTH,which may contribute to the function of an-ti-tic.关键词
