结直肠癌组织中Ki-67和COX-2的表达及其临床意义
Expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 in colorectal carcinoma tissue and their clinical significances

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions of Ki-67 and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)in colorectal carcinoma tissue and their clinical significances, and to provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:A total of 71 colorectal carcinoma patients were selected.The positive expression rates of Ki-67 and COX-2 in colorectal carcinoma tissue (colorectal cancer group,71 cases),para-carcinoma tissue (para-carcinoma group, 71 cases ), and normal mucosal tissue (normal group, 20 cases ) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.The relationship between the expressions of Ki-67 and COX-2 and metastasis, different stages and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma were analyzed.The correlation between the expressions of Ki-67 and COX-2 was analyzed by Spearman analysis method.Results:The psitive expression rates of COX-2 and Ki-67 in colorectal carcinoma tissue were obviously higher than those in adjacent tissue and normal mucosal tissue (χ2=24.581,P<0.05;χ2=11.538,P<0.05).The positive exprssion rates of COX-2 and Ki-67 in carcinoma tissue of the patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in the patients without lymph node metastasis (χ2=5.021,P=0.025;χ2=7.289,P=0.007).The positive expression rates of Ki-67 and COX-2 in carcinoma tissue in the patients atⅠ+Ⅱ stage were significantly lower than those in the patients atⅢ+Ⅳ stage (χ2=8.570,P=0.003;χ2=11.409,P=0.001).The expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 in colorectal carcinoma tissue of the patients had a positive correlation (r=0.520,P<0.05).The post-operation medium survival time of the patients were shortened with the increasing of the expression levels of Ki-67 and COX-2,and the 1-,3-,and 5-year survival rates of the patients with positive expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 were decreased gradually.Conclusion:The abnormal expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma and may be responsible for the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of tumor.The expressions of COX-2 and Ki-67 may be the reference indicators to judge the biological behavious of colorectal carcinoma.关键词
