Study on Scientists’Direct Participation in the United States’Innovating Development-A Case of GE
摘要
Abstract
The innovation-driven strategy is essentially talent-driven strategy and scientific and technological talents are critical to the technical innovation.Scientists are the master power for the United States’economic rising.Especially during the 2nd industrial revolu-tion and the golden age of technological and economic development after the World War Ⅱ,scientists play a main role in driving the tide of technical innovation in the new industries like electricity,chemistry,electronics,aerospace and so on.It is the scientists who led the United States to grasp the “opportunity window”of innovating development and to rise to the strongest industrial nation who marched on the road to global hegemony.GE is the typical high-tech innovative enterprise in the era of America’s economic rising,and the symbol of the close interaction of technology and economy.Employing the cases of some scientists’innovative activities,making an analysis of GE’s development from the historical perspective,and investigating scientists’critical role in prompting America’s high-tech enterprise’s development,this research could supply important historical experiences for China’s implementing the innovation-driven strategy during the time of“New Normalcy of Economy”.关键词
