摘要

Abstract

The height of the vehicle has a change under the condition of emergency braking,initial accelerating or getting heavy load.This lead to a negative effect on the handling stability and riding comfortable.To solve these problems,a kind of two degrees of freedom 1/4 body vehicle model with hydraulic suspension is established in the AMESim software,and which is compare with the traditional positive suspension.A simulation is taken to valid the possibility of the model.Otherwise the active control system is added into the hydraulic suspension as to build an active suspension system which can regular the height of the vehicle in real time,making the body height from the initial loading of the-10 cm regulator to -2 cm,optimized for 80%;and greatly reduced the time to adjust the body to reach the balance,shorten to 3 s from 10 s,optimized for 70%.It greatly promoted the handling stability and comfort level forriding vehicles in different load and working conditions.
