摘要

Abstract

To effectively improve the ride comfort and the driving safety of the vehicle,based on the vehicle system dynamics theory,the vehicle dynamic model including the semi-active mounting system and the semi-active suspension system was established.The integrated controller was designed by using the principle of linear quadratic optimal control,and its weights coefficient was optimized with the particle swarm optimization.Taking vertical vibration acceleration,roll angle acceleration and pitching angle acceleration as evaluation indicators,the simulation research for integrated control of the magneto-rheological semi-active mounting system and the magneto-rheological semi-active suspension system had been done.The results showed that the peak value of the integrated control than the independent control were reduced by 7.22%,14.38% and 12.75% respectively,and the root mean square value of the integrated control than the independent control were reduced by 8. 58%,22.38%and 4.13%respectively.The vehicle comprehensive performance using the integrated control was absolutely advanced than those using the independent control.
