路面减速带发电装置设计与试验
Design and Experiment of Vibration Energy Recovery System of Speed Control Hump
摘要
Abstract
In order to recycle the vibration energy when the vehicle passes through the speed control hump,a vibration energy recovery system of speed control hump is designed.Firstly,the design scheme of the device is proposed and its working principle is introduced.Then the mathematical model of the system is established to determine the impact factors that affect the recovery of energy. On the basis of mathematical model,the virtual prototype of the power generation device is set up and the simulation is carried out,and the model and working parameters of the main parts of the system are determined.Finally,the correctness of the simulation is verified by the experiment.Experiment result shows that the energy recovery device for each generating capacity at about 30 kJ.If there are 30 000 vehicles passing the device every day,it can produce about 5 kW· h of electricity that is enough to light the roadside facilities.关键词
