Optimal Allocation of Distributed Generation in Active Distribution Network
摘要
Abstract
Active distribution network planning is characterized by the combination of active management with plan⁃ning,control and operation of distribution network. In the stage of optimally allocating distributed generation,active management model is fully considered to control the operation of distribution network. A bi-level planning model is pro⁃posed,in which the objective of upper level planning is to maximize the profit of active distributed network operator , while the objective of lower level planning is to minimize the curtailment of distributed generation by active manage⁃ment. As to the chronological characteristics of the load and distributed generation,different kinds of load and distribut⁃ed generation are considered. In addition,time-of-use power price system is utilized to reflect the demand side charac⁃teristic of active distribution network. The upper planning model is solved by advanced particle swarm algorithm ,while the lower one is optimized by the prime-dual interior point method. The feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm are verified with the IEEE 33-node bus distribution system.关键词
