摘要

Abstract

The main features of direct torque control system were first analyzed. Different points of view were spelled clearly out. The design of intelligent load observer,as well as innovative methods of speed compensated control was proposed for the first time in electric drive systems under the condition of no load and tension sensor. It was a detailed analysis of direct torque control system of the torque-speed relationship and mutual coupling effects. Compensation of speed based on intelligent load observer control implementation,actual model and the test results of control system without tension on rolling production line were provided.
