响应面法优化杜仲叶提取物的制备工艺
Optimization of Preparation Technics of Extract from Eucommia Folia Using Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
The aim of this study was to optimize the extraction technology of Eucommia folia (EF).On the basis of single factor experiment,to be used the extract yield of EF and transfer rate of chlorogenic acid composite score as the indexes of evaluation,the extraction technology of EF was optimized by using Box-Behnken central composite design method.The optimal extraction technology of EF was as follows:ethanol concentration,liquid to solid ratio, extraction temperature,extraction times and extraction time were 50%,10∶1(mL/g),97℃,4 times and 30 min, respectively.Under the condition,the mean composite socre was 99.08 ,which is almost the same as the predictive value.The extraction technology to optimize the EF by response surface method (RSM)is stable and reliable.关键词
