北冬虫夏草高产菌株人工培养条件研究
Studies on Artificial Culture Conditions of Cordyceps militaris High Producing Strain
摘要
Abstract
The optimal conditions for artificial cultivation of high producing strain Cordyceps militaris G5 irradiated by heavy ion beams 12C6+ are studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal test on main factors. The result shows that the optimum condition for high producing strain C. militaris G5 cultivation is as follows: the best mediums are both the 80% rice and 20%silkworm chrysalis; material-water ration of the medium is 1 ∶ 1.5; the optimum temperature is 23 ℃ for proliferating mycelia and 21℃for fruiting bodies growth;and the best lighting intensity is 500 Lx.关键词
