摘要

Abstract

The optimal conditions for artificial cultivation of high producing strain Cordyceps militaris G5 irradiated by heavy ion beams 12C6+ are studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal test on main factors. The result shows that the optimum condition for high producing strain C. militaris G5 cultivation is as follows: the best mediums are both the 80% rice and 20%silkworm chrysalis; material-water ration of the medium is 1 ∶ 1.5; the optimum temperature is 23 ℃ for proliferating mycelia and 21℃for fruiting bodies growth;and the best lighting intensity is 500 Lx.
