脑梗死患者外周血与颈动脉斑块内脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2表达的相关性
The relationship between Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques of cerebral infarc-tion patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the association between Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques of cerebral infarction patients.Methods A total of 37 carotid artery atherosclerosis of the acute cerebral infarction(ACI)patients were enrolled as the research objects.The color Doppler ultrasound was used to discriminate the type of these plaques.In addi-tion,immune enhancement turbidimetry was applied to examine the expression of Lp-PLA2 in peripheral blood and carotid plaques.Results F-test showed that the Lp-PLA2 expression was influenced by the type of plaque(P <0.05 ).In addition, SNK-q test revealed the concentration changes of Lp-PLA2:cerebral infarction without plaque group < stable atheromatous plaque group<unstable carotid atheromatous plaque group(P <0.05).In addition,we also compared the relationship between Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques and uncovered a linear positive correlation(r=0.831,P =0.008). Conclusion Our results demonstrate that Lp-PLA2 was a clinical biomarker for the unstable carotid atheromatous plaque,and there is a linear positive correlation between the Lp-PLA2 expression in peripheral blood and carotid plaques.关键词
