摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the influence on the hemarheology and clinical effects for the patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction by Shuxuetong injection.Methods Ninety-eight patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,the control group was treated by bullomedil hydrochloride,citicoline,nimotop,and control blood glucose.On the basis of the control group,the experiment group was trea-ted by Shuxuetong injection.The clinical effects,TCM syndrome scoring,NIHSS scores,ADL scores,hemorheology were ob-served.Results The total effective rate for the experiment group(93.88%)were higher than the control group(77.55%)(P <0.05).The TCM syndrome scoring,NIHSS scores,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity for the experiment group were low-er than those before treatment and the control group(P <0.05).The TCM syndrome scoring,NIHSS scores,whole blood vis-cosity,plasma viscosity for the control group were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).The ADL scores for the ex-periment group were higher than those before treatment and the control group(P < 0.05 ).The ADL scores for the control group were higher than those before treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction by Shuxuetong injection.It can improve the hemarheology and has high values for clinical application.
