Effect of Solar Radiation on Emissivity Measurement of Pipeline Surface
摘要
Abstract
The emissivity is an important physical quantity which affects the heat loss of the pipeline surface and the measurement process is greatly influenced by the environment. The solar radiation is one of the important factors that affect the result of emissivity measurement. Based on the principle of infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement, the relationship between pipeline surface emissivity and radiation energy is given according to the principle of surface radiation transmission. Method for measuring surface emissivity of pipeline is corrected. The influence of solar radiation on the surface emissivity of the pipeline is studied. The results show that the solar radiation has a great influence on the surface emissivity of the pipeline and the measuring deviation is more than 25%.关键词
