海洋战略性新兴产业集群形成机理的初步探索
Framework Research on the Formation Mechanism of Marine Strategic Emerging Industrial Cluster
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the cluster development of marine strategic emerging industry has be-come an important way to promote industrial competitiveness,drive marine economic restructu-ring and realize regional or national leap-forward development,which has gradually drawn great attention in academic circles.On the basis of concept definition of industrial cluster,marine strate-gic emerging industry and marine strategic emerging industrial cluster,the paper systemically studied the formation mechanism framework of marine strategic emerging industrial cluster from the aspects of influential factors,motivating effect and patterns of special organization.Besides, the paper focused on the motivating effect,pointed out there are direct and indirect effects,and an-alyzed the principle of motivating effect.The direct effect includes scale effect,radiation effect and synergy effect.The indirect effect includes self-reinforcing effect,accumulation effect and adapta-ble expectation effect,etc..关键词
