摘要
Abstract
The authorized patent number directly reflects the technological innovation ability of marine environment monitoring institutions.According to data from the official website of the State Intellectual Property Office,PRC,the patent development of North China Sea Environment Monitoring Center (SOA)was studied as an example,the current situation of technological inno-vation ability of the marine environment monitoring institutions was analyzed and some related strategies and suggestions were provided.关键词
