摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzes the constitution and formation of the universal tactical unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV) system in our army according to the international circumstance of UAV.By selecting comprehensive formation indexes, which contain 1 1 formation indexes and 7 performance indexes,it builds up an advanced DEA model based on benchmarking management,and takes the UAV which named “RQ-8A”from the military of USA as the benchmarking unit,to analyze and evaluate the relative efficiency and practical efficiency of various formation methods of our army’s UAV system,then it pro-vides the most rational formation method with the equipment in operation.Furthermore,it analyzes the shortcoming of the formation of our army’s UAV crew,and further summarizes some optimization measures.
