DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYSTEM OF INFORMATION TRACING IN THE PROCESS OF ENGINEERING MACHINERY REMANUFACTURING BASED ON B/S MODE

Abstract
Aiming at several problems such as information decentralization,unknown tracing relationship,deficiency of tracing ability and unachievable remanufacturing process information tracing in the tracing management in remanufacturing enterprises,a system of information tracing in remanufacturing process based on B/S model is put forward.The tracing information link of remanufacturing process is designed based on analyzing the information characteristic in the process of engineering machinery remanufacturing.According to this link,the architecture pattern and the structure model of the system function of the system of information tracing in remanufacturing process are presented.After analyzing the tag types which apply to information collection in the process of engineering machinery remanufacturing,the key technology and the system tracing process of system realization are put forward.The demonstration application in one construction machinery limited company in Wuhan indicated that this system could satisfy the tracking and tracing of quality and process information in remanufacturing.关键词
