基于民族风俗习惯构建回族文化护理体系的研究
Study on construction of nursing system of Hui nationality culture based on national customs and habits

Abstract
Objectives:To construct Hui culture care system adaptable for national customs and habits,in order to improve compliance behavior and satisfaction of Hui patients to nursing service through cultural nursing and achieve the fairness of health care services in ethnic minority areas.Methods:Document analysis was used for health impact classification of Hui ethnic customs and habits (harmness health factors and promotion health factors);and Hui culture was constructed from four aspects of preservation of cultural care,adjustment of cul-tural care,reconstruction of cultural care,and nursing care matching to culture based on Reiniger transcultural nursing theory as guidance.Results:A total of 13 Hui ethnic customs were related to health,religious belief, prayer,fasting,eating habits and Hui medical system had dual influence on promotion and harmful effects for health.The size of the net,limition of alcohol and tobacco,sports culture of Hui nationality,Hui medicine and Hui hospice care culture belonged to factors of health promotion.Conclusion:Based on results of literature re-search,Hui cultural nursing system was constructed,which covered cultural nursing contents such as national customs and culture,health belief and medical treatment behavior,life style and hospice care.关键词
