芝麻青枯雷尔氏菌生化特性及致病力分化的研究
Study on Biochemical Characteristics and Pathogenicity Differentiation of Ralstonia solanacearum from Sesame

Abstract
A total of 29 strains of Ralstonia solanacearum isolated from sesame in 12 counties ( cities) of Jiangxi Province were artificially inoculated into the host plants tomato, eggplant, potato and tobacco, respectively, and the classification results indicated that:all strains belonged to the physiological race 1;among them, 25 strains, 3 strains and 1 strain belonged to biovarⅢ, biovarⅣand biovarⅢ-1, respectively.The clustering analysis of pathogenicity test results showed that:the strains isolated from sesame planted in red-soil dryland of Jinxian, Duchang, Nanchang and Zhangshu possessed the strongest pathogenicity;the strains from sesame planted in sandy loam soil and tidal sandy soil of Poyang possessed a middle pathogenicity;while those from other 6 regions had the weakest pathogenicity .Therefore, the pathogenicity differentiation of Ralstonia solanacearum from sesame in Jiangxi was obvious, and it was affected mainly by host plant, cropping system and soil ecology.关键词
