烟叶成熟度与品质关系及其影响因素研究进展
Research Advance in Relationship between Tobacco Quality and Tobacco Maturity, and Its Inf luencing Factors
摘要
Abstract
There is a contradiction between the many inventory backlog of domestic tobacco and the import of a large number of high-quality tobacco for a long time.The primary reason for the contradiction is the lack of maturity in domestic tobacco leaves . Maturity is the major factor affecting the quality of tobacco leaves in China , and it significantly affects the tobacco appearance quality, physical property, chemical constituent and sensory quality, and finally determines the industrial usability of tobacco leaves.More and more researches have focused on the improvement of tobacco maturity by various methods .Therefore, this article summarizes the relationship between tobacco leaf maturity and tobacco leaf quality in the world , analyzes the factors affecting to-bacco maturity in China, and discusses the prospects of domestic tobacco maturity improvement.关键词
