新疆城市土地集约节约利用评价研究
Study on Evaluation of Intensive and Economical Utilization of Urban Landi n Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
Taking the coordination and unification of economy , society and ecological environment as starting point , this study established the PSR-framework evaluation system of land intensive and economical utilization , and evaluated the intensive and economical utilization degree of urban land in 5 cities of Xinjiang by using the entropy method and the principal component a-nalysis method, respectively.The evaluation results by two methods all showed that:the intensive and economical utilization de-gree of land in Shihezi City was at basically intensification level , and was higher than that in other 4 cities; the intensive and eco-nomical utilization degree of land in both Urumqi City and Wujiaqu City was at low intensification level;while the land utilization in both Changji City and Karamay City was in the extensive state .Finally, some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.关键词
