摘要
Abstract
In this paper the problem of designing an airborne display console with light weight method was focused on.The characteristics of the console bearing the load were studied,with the half bottom of the console taken as the specific subj ect.The material distribution was determined with topological optimi-zation technology integrated with forbearing stratified sequencing method.On the base of that,the proto-type of the half bottom of the console used to parameter optimization was constructed.With the help of sensitivity analysis,some design variables were removed,so the optimization efficiency was increased prominently.As the optimization process finished,the half bottom of the console was modeled with the 3D software,which was about 1.3 kg lighter than that designed with experience.In the end it was proved that the work had achieved success by the random simulation data and random test.关键词
