摘要
Abstract
It is an important way to cultivate the ability of innovation and practice of college students in guiding undergraduate actively participated in research activities. It is one of the effective methods of cultivating innovative talents in colleges and universities to set up scientific research team of university students. The practical study on how to cultivate innovative medical talents with high quality had been carried out in Jinzhou Medical University. Medical undergraduate students as the main body, the guidance teachers and graduate students in a sustainable research teams were set up and to security research team operation, therefore, it lays a good foundation for better training students' innovation ability and increasing comprehensive quality.关键词
