Abstract

Objective To analyze the problems existing in the quality management of Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in pharmacy and to discuss the solution to the problem. Methods Retrospective analysis of the quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces of Traditional Chinese medicine in the 186 parts of the reasons, summed up the quality management of Traditional Chinese medicine in the hospital, the existing problems, and ifnd the corresponding improvement methods.Results 186 pieces of Chinese medicine decoction pieces quality is not qualiifed records, including quality standards and quality inspection methods, procurement issues, processing problems, storage and maintenance issues and the adjustment of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Conclusion The quality of Chinese medicine decoction pieces is closely related to the quality of life of patients and the credibility of the hospital, to establish a sound quality management measures, in order to effectively improve the quality of Traditional Chinese medicine.
