miR-451在肾癌患者血清中的异常表达及其临床意义
The miR-45 1 expression in the serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the miR-451 expression in the serum of patients with renal cell carcinoma and the correlations between the miR-451expression and clinical pathologic characteristics.Methods A total of 35 ser-um samples in patients with RCC were collected before the surgery .35 healthy subjects were collected as the control. The real-time PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-451 in patients with RCCand healthy controls.Results The expression of miR-451 in the serum of patients with RCC is decreasd compared with the health control(P <0.05). Among the 35 serum samples of the patients with RCC,the miR-451 expression were down-regulated in 27 samples (77.14% ),and up-regulated in 8 samples (22.86%).Expression of miR-451 was not related with the age of pa-tients,the gender,tumor size ,histology and TNMstage.Conclusion Reduced miR-451 expression may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of patients with RCC.关键词
