摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of shenyankangfu tablet combined with alprostadil on blood rheological indexes of diabetic nephropathy.Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into 2 groups according to random number table,each group having 83 individuals.Patients in control group were treated with alprostadil and patients in observation group were treated with alprostadil combined with shenyankangfu tablet.The renal function (UAER,UP and Scr)and hemorheology (HBV,LBV,PV,and PF)lev-els of two groups were detected before and after treatment.And the efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The UAER,UP and Scr of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P <0.05).The UAER,UP and Scr of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).The HBV,LBV,PV and PF of two groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.05 ).The HBV,LBV,PV and PF of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 ).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.9%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(70.1%,P <0.05).Conclusion Sheny-ankangfu tablet combined with alprostadil can effectively improve the renal function and abnormal blood rheology.关键词
