乡村城镇化新模式：基于陈家店新型农村社区建设过程与动力机制的分析
New mode of rural urbanization：The process and mechanism of new-type rural community construction based on a case study of Chenjiadian village

Abstract
In the background of coordinated industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, Jilin Province implemented the new-rural community construction policy over the past few years and changed rural settlements, industry, and land elements, which is of great signiifcance for rural development and rural urbanization. Based on the policy and practice of the new-type rural community construction of Jilin Province, this paper analyzed the process and dynamic mechanism of the new-type rural community. Results showed that Chenjiadian village achieved the goal of constructing new-type community through the development of rural cooperatives, land circulation and agricultural modernization. The mode of new-type rural community construction in Chenjiadian village is a typical representative of bottom-up model. The village committee is the main driving force to integrate the land resources, population, industrial areas of the village, to transform employment structure of villagers, and ifnally to realize rural revitalization. There are still some problems to be solved in the new rural community construction of Chenjiadian village, including labor surplus in rural area after the land circulation, lack of adaptation ability to urban life, how to maintain the rural neighborhood, unbalanced social security system, and signiifcant income gap between rural and urban residents.关键词
