我国新能源汽车企业专利预警指标体系的构建研究
Researches on Building Patent Early Warning System for Chinese New Energy Vehicle Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] The environmentally friendly features of new energy vehicle is getting more and more attention. [ Method/Process] The new energy vehicle patent risk management was divided into 4 stages based on the characteristics of patent manage-ment process which included creation, application, use and protection. Risk-factors were found out by analyzing the patent risk. [ Result/Conclusion]38 patent risk indexes were selected in order to create a three-rank indictor system. Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) was used to determine the index weight. Chinese new energy vehicle enterprises can use the three-rank indictor system to confirm the level of patent risk and further steps will be taken based on the differences of risk sources and degree.关键词
