摘要

Abstract

Purpose/Significance] E-government service value co-creation is a kind of collaborative activity. Through the interaction between the government and the public, the quality of e-government services can be improved. The service blueprint theory can help dem-onstrate and optimize the process of e-government service value co-creation between the government and the public. [ Method/Process] Firstly, the paper analyzes the problems existing in e-government services. Secondly, the paper describes the service blueprint of value co-creation based on service blueprint theory, and constructs a model of e-government service value co-creation including the interaction layer, the service layer, the process layer and the support layer. Finally, combined with the model of e-government service value co-crea-tion, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed respectively from the perspective of the government and the public. [Result/Conclusion] The paper identifies the key elements of the value co-creation of e-government services, defines the roles and responsibilities of the government and the public, and provides a new perspective for the research of e-government services.
