支架与药物治疗颅内动脉狭窄中长期疗效分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of middle and long term stent and drug therapy in the treatment of intracranial artery stenosis. Methods 73 cases of patients with intracranial artery stenosis were divided into endovascular stent therapy group(31cases) and drug therapy group(42 cases). The incidence of clinical adverse events within 1 month,1 year and 3 years were followed up. Results There was no difference in adverse event incidence in 1 month to 1 year between two groups. The incidence of adverse events in 1 to 3 years of drug therapy group was higher than it of stent group(P<0. 05). Conclusions Stent placement technique brought prospect in the treatment of intracranial arterial stenosis and strict inclusion criteria,optimization of stent materials,enhancement of the placement of technology,and standardized management of the placement time would help to improve its long-term clinical outcomes.关键词
