Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery ( FTS) in the treatment of traumatic splenic rupture with the aid of radiofrequency ablation ( RFA) . Methods 70 cases of patients with RFA assisted spleen preserving surgery for traumatic rupture of spleenfrom January 2011 to January 2014 in our department were selected and randomly divided in-to rapid rehabilitation group (35 cases of FTS group) and control group (35cases). The FTS group was received rapid rehabilita-tion surgery during the perioperative period,while the control group was given conventional treatment. Patients’ recovery,complica-tions,stress response,hospital stay,and hospital costs were compared. Results The postoperative tolerance semi liquid foodtime, getting out of bed for the first time,the first exhaust time,defecation time,hospitalization time and hospitalization costs of patients in FTS group were all lower than those in control group. The incidence of complications in FTS group was lower than that in control group. 5 days after surgery,WBC and CRP of FTS group were lower than those of control group. And the differences wereall statisti-cally significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic rupture of spleen,FTS can effectively promote the postop-erative rehabilitation of patients with RFA assisted spleen preserving surgery,reduce hospital stay and hospital costs,reduce postop-erative complications,and reduce the postoperative stress response.关键词
