艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗老年性抑郁症疗效及安全性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective The clinical effect of Escitalopram and Paroxetine in the course of clinical treatment for senile de-pression was observed and analyzed,and evaluate its safety. Methods 156 patients with senile depression received between June 2013 and December 2014 in our hospital were included as research objects, who were then randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group and control group were given Escitalopram and Paroxetine for treatment,re-spectively. Results Clinical total effective rate of experimental group which applied Escitalopram was 97. 4%(76/78),signifi-cantly higher than 76. 9%(60/78) of control group which applied Paroxetine,the difference being statistically significant ( P<0. 01). Incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 05). None of the patients had dysuria and tremor in experimental group. Conclusion In the course of clinical treatment for senile depression patients,the clinical effect of applying Escitalopram for treatment is significant,which can effectively improve the patient’s related clinical indicators with high safety,worth promoting.关键词
