高原红细胞增多症眼部表现观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To obverse the ocular manifestation of high altitude polychthemia. Methods 215 patients diag-nosed as high altitude polychthemia and 210 normal people as observation group were examed by slitlamp and indirect ophthalmos-copy to obverse the dilation of conjunctival vessels,the distorting of retinal veins,the border of optic disc,retinal hemorrhages and exudation. The positive rates of ocular signs were analyzed. Result The positive rates of ocular signs in high altitude polychthemia were higher than in the observation group. With the aggravation of severity of high altitude polychthemia,the ocular manifestation were more obvious. There were significant differences between the groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion The ocular manifestation of high altitude polychthemia were closely relate to the severity of high altitude polychthemia.关键词
